A primeira posição ficou para Jimi Hendrix. Que morreu em 1970, Hendrix tinha uma modo revolucionário de tocar guitarra.
Músicos como Jimmy Page, Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Chuck Berry, Eddie Van Halen e Pete Townsend também aparecem na lista da Gibson.
